
Camillo Martino
Chief Executive Officer
Martino has over 25 years of experience in the high-tech industry, having served in various executive management roles focusing on the consumer electronics, communications and computing markets. Martino joined Silicon Image in January 2010 from SAI Technology, Inc., a leading supplier of 4G and security technology solutions to the mobile communications industry. During Martino's two year tenure as a Board Member, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Angel investor, SAI experienced rapid growth and built a strong and innovative business. Prior to SAI, Martino was the President and CEO of Cornice Inc., an innovator and technology leader of portable storage solutions to the portable consumer and mobile phone markets. Before joining Cornice, Martino held the position of COO at Zoran Corporation, a leading provider of digital solutions for the growing digital entertainment and digital imaging markets where he was COO for approximately four years, guiding the company through a period of tremendous growth. Martino also spent nearly 14 years with National Semiconductor in four different countries, including its headquarters in Silicon Valley, Japan, China and Australia. Martino holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, Parkville (Victoria, Australia) and a Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications from Monash University, Clayton (Victoria, Australia).

Noland Granberry
Chief Financial Officer
Noland Granberry is responsible for leading and managing Silicon Image’s worldwide accounting and financial reporting. Noland’s background in the financial and technology industry stretches over 25 years and includes experience in accounting, auditing, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, financial forecasting, and tax planning and compliance. Granberry joined Silicon Image in March 2006 from Xilinx, Inc. where he served as the director of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and established and managed a successful compliance program. He also served as the senior director of finance at SanDisk Corporation where he was responsible for managing worldwide accounting and financial reporting activities. Other appointments include positions as corporate controller at IKOS Systems, Inc. and senior audit manager at Ernst & Young.

Edward Lopez
Chief Legal and Administrative Officer
As Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, Lopez is responsible for overseeing the company's legal affairs worldwide, including corporate governance and compliance, securities laws and intellectual property matters, strategic partnerships, litigation, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions activity. Lopez also oversees the Company's technology services organizations and is the company's Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. Lopez joined Silicon Image in January 2007 from the law firm of Morrison & Foerster, where he was Of Counsel and advised public and private emerging growth, medical device and technology companies in a wide variety of substantive areas, with an emphasis on board and corporate governance matters, securities regulatory and disclosure matters, financings and strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of assets, licensing, joint ventures and distribution arrangements. Previously, Lopez was General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Terayon Communication Systems, a publicly-held manufacturer of broadband access equipment. Lopez has also held senior management and general counsel positions at ReSound Corporation and Nellcor Puritan Bennett, Inc., two publicly-held, medical device companies. Lopez began his career as an associate with the law firms of Morrison & Foerster and McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen. Lopez earned his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and a J.D. from the Harvard Law School.

Jeffrey M. Gilbert, Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Dr. Gilbert is responsible for Silicon Image's technology vision, advanced technology, and standards initiatives. He is a seasoned industry veteran leveraging nearly 20 years of experience in wireless communications, networking, real-time image and signal processing, software, and integrated circuit design.
Prior to joining Silicon Image, Dr. Gilbert was CTO of SiBEAM, a fabless semiconductor company pioneering the development of intelligent millimeter wave silicon solutions for wireless communications, where he was responsible for SiBEAM's technology vision and core technology research and development. Before SiBEAM, he served as director of algorithms and architecture at Atheros Communications where he led the development of Atheros' 802.11n, 802.11g, eXtended Range (XR), and Smart Antenna technologies. Previous appointments include director of engineering at the Teratech Corporation, a start-up developing highly portable PC-based medical ultrasound imagers, as well as technical positions at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Dr. Gilbert received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Berkeley, M.Phil. in Computer Speech and Language Processing from Cambridge University, and B.A. in Computer Science from Harvard College.

Nancy Hauge
Vice President, Human Resources
Nancy Hauge is responsible for Silicon Image's human resources activities worldwide. She has over 25 years of executive human resources experience across multiple industries including technology, retail, restaurant and education.
Prior to joining Silicon Image, Hauge served as the senior vice president of human resources for K12 Inc., where she was responsible for talent management, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, workforce analytics, employee and executive benefits, and HR technologies. During her tenure at K12, the company quadrupled in size and successfully completed its IPO.
Before joining K12, Hauge was the chief customer advocate and senior vice president of human resources at Ruckus Network, a venture-backed, entertainment-based social media company. In addition, Hauge was the senior partner at 54th Street Partners, where she served as the interim vice president of human resources for several rapidly growing public companies and many venture-backed start-ups.
Hauge also served as the founding vice president of people at Noah's New York Bagels, the vice president of human resources for Gymboree Corporation, and she held various senior management, strategic planning and quality positions at Sun Microsystems.
Hauge currently sits on the board of directors of Magnus Health, and is an advisor to Wilmington Pharmaceuticals, BlackRidge Technologies and Mixbook.

Seamus Meagher
Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Seamus Meagher is responsible for worldwide sales for Silicon Image's semiconductor product lines. He is a technology sales veteran whose experience spans sales leadership roles at industry defining companies such as Transmeta, Red Hat, and VocalTec Communications. Prior to becoming VP of Worldwide Sales Meagher was Silicon Image's Taiwan Country Manager based in Taipei, Taiwan and prior to that Director of Sales for the Americas and EMEA based in the USA.
Prior to joining Silicon Image in 2004 Meagher was responsible for North America sales at Transmeta Corporation, a company responsible for developing innovative and revolutionary CPUs for the low-power market segment. Before that, Meagher was the first sales person for Red Hat where he held the position of Director of Sales and was personally responsible for selling the industry's first Enterprise Linux support contracts. Meagher started his career in technology sales at VocalTec Communications, the company who invented and patented the first Voice over IP audio transceiver.
Seamus holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Science from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Texas A&M University.

Rashid Osmani
Vice President of Worldwide Engineering
Rashid Osmani is responsible for the design, development, and commercialization of intellectual property and integrated circuit solutions at Silicon Image. With more than 25 years of management and product development experience, Osmani leads Silicon Image's engineering efforts in support of the company's strategy to deliver pure digital content everywhere.
Osmani joined Silicon Image from RF Micro Devices, where he served as Vice President and General Manager from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, Osmani held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Motorola, leading the architecture and systems engineering team for the cellular handset division. Before joining Motorola, Osmani was a scientist at the Defense Electronics Research Laboratory in Hyderabad.
Osmani has been awarded 13 U.S. patents. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University, a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master's of Technology degree from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad, India.

David Pederson
Vice President of Strategic and Corporate Marketing
David Pederson drives long-term strategy at Silicon Image and leads the company's corporate marketing activities. Pederson is a seasoned marketing and strategy executive with 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, combined with a strong technical background in consumer electronics. His areas of expertise include competitive analysis, product roadmaps, system level partner development, and go-to-market strategies.
Most recently, Pederson provided consumer market strategy and business development consultancy services to companies focused on video processing products for HD televisions. Previous appointments include a Vice President Corporate Marketing position at Zoran Corporation, a global leader in semiconductors for consumer electronics, where Pederson was responsible for corporate strategic planning and corporate communications. Prior to that Pederson spent 17 years at National Semiconductor in various engineering, strategic marketing and management positions including Director of the Set-top Box product line. Pederson began his career as a software developer at Teledyne.
A recognized expert in his field, Pederson has delivered numerous talks on the subjects of the connected digital home, the networked entertainment center, and connected consumer electronics products.
Pederson holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Peter Rado
Vice President, Worldwide Operations & Quality
Peter Rado is responsible for supply chain management, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, test engineering and quality at Silicon Image. He is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of operations management experience at technology companies.Rado initially joined Silicon Image as Vice President of Storage Systems Engineering, responsible for the development, quality assurance, and program management of the company's storage technology and products. Prior to joining Silicon Image, Rado spent 17 years at Sun Microsystems where he served in a variety of leadership roles including Vice President of Engineering for the volume system product line. He also held leadership positions in Sun's workstation business unit, worldwide operations, and Boston development center. Other previous appointments include management and engineering roles at Apollo Computer Inc. and Digital Equipment Corp.
Rado holds a Bachelor's degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Tim Vehling
Vice President of Product Marketing and Vice President / General Manager of Wireless Division
Tim Vehling is responsible for worldwide marketing and applications engineering for Silicon Image's semiconductor product lines, including DTV/home theater, mobile and wireless products.
Vehling has over 20 years of international industry experience combined with a strong technology background. Vehling's expertise includes fostering strategic relationships with partners and customers, driving product roadmaps and definitions, and leading global teams. Vehling joined Silicon Image in 2009 from Micronas GmbH, where he held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Applications Engineering. Prior to that, Vehling was Vice President of Consumer Marketing at LSI, where he helped establish the company as an industry leader in DVD recorder processors and launched the DVFX™ video quality branding program. Previous appointments include marketing management positions with C-Cube Microsystems, ATI Technologies, Chromatic Research, and VLSI. Vehling has lived and worked in Tokyo, Japan and Munich, Germany.
