In August 2007, Silicon Image adopted the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct, which integrates key requirements of Social Accountability (SA) in Electronic Industries. The EICC establishes safe working conditions in the electronics industry supply chain; ensuring workers are treated with respect and dignity; and ensuring manufacturers meet environmental standards. This Code has five elements including standards for Labor, Health & Safety, Environment, Management Systems and Ethics. Silicon Image is committed to complying with this Code.
